absolutely poor. as a night shift worker I can never get a appointment to see the doctor multiple days in a row. now having to go else where to seek medical attention else where when I can barely walk.
My son saw a doctor there today and I cannot believe how rude he was. Not sure why he was so sarcastic but totally uncalled for. Will be avoiding him in future.
I have marked the surgery with only 2 stars however good the clinical treatment is it is of no use if you cannot gain access to it.you provide only a limited window of opportunity to ring in which clearly creates a glut of calls.Today I rang and told I was number 7 in the queue 10 minutes later still number 7 and yes I am aware that common ailments can be managed without an appointment as I am repeatedly reminded by the recorded message which only serves to increase the frustration and gives the distinct impression that the surgery wishes to avoid patients if at all possible.Today I gave up again after almost 20 minutes only up to number six as the clock ticked ominously toward 10.30 it was clear even if somebody answered my call it would to late in any event of course this is the same problem for all which is perhaps why when visiting the practice the waiting room is practically empty.Did you know some ailments cannot be self managed and the patient does need to see a doctor or at the very least have the perception that the doctor might wish to see them as my experience today and in the past makes me feel you actually don't.
Have spent an awful 3 years as a patient of theirs being ignored when seriously ill and having to fight to be seen, which eventually ended up in being taken from the surgery in an ambulance to hospital. This morning was 21 attempts at calling and when finally through, 10 minutes waiting in a queue to speak to someone just to be told to wait for a doctor to call me to see if I am actually ill enough to go in! Infuriating!!! Total lack of client care and empathy.
This surgery has always provided me and my family with the highest standard of attention and care - from the friendly receptionists to all staff and doctors. Excellent. 10/10.
