My husband myself and daughter's had not seen a dentist in over a year due to move and change of dentist.We were all a bit scared of what the dentist was like who we were about to see, (previous dentist & assistant were not nice, always dreaded being seen). Anyway this was our first visit to new dentist and we can't rate him enough, he was welcoming, polite, friendly, extremely gentle he explained everything to us when he came across a concern, his assistant was just as nice too it was a very pleasant visit by all, receptionists are polite and friendly too, appointment was a bit late but again we always were made to wait 45 mins + EVERY visit at last dentist we were with, so this was nothing to us, we would wait an hour to see the dentist we are with now he's amazing I think our fear of dentists has finally come to an end . The dentist we see was Dr Jaume Monfort, we would refer him to anybody.
I arrived early as, being a new patient, I expected to fill a form in. I was seen very quickly. I expected to have to make a return visit as I knew I had a problem wisdom tooth. I had an examination, x-rays, the problem tooth removed, and left the practice 15 minutes after my appointment time! Excellent, fuss & pain free service. Thank you!
